New owner for Banbury's private hospital
The private Foscote Hospital in Banbury is to be taken over by new owners.
Trustee Dr Peter Matthews told the Banbury Guardian that contrary to some concerns, no services will be changed and the consultants and medical staff will remain the same.
He said a statement with details of the change of ownership will be released in the next few weeks.
