Man to be sentenced after swallowing goldfish

A 26-year-old man is to be sentenced at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Monday after he admitted swallowing a goldfish.

Luke Berry, of Taylor Close, Faringdon pleaded guilty at the same court on January 19 to charges of causing unnecessary suffering to the animal.
