M40 blocked at Banbury junction
An overturned car is causing major delays on the M40 between junctions 10 at Brackley and junction 11 at Banbury.
Traffic is stationary on both sides of the carriageways.
Fuel leaking from the overturned vehicle is slowing down the recovery efforts.
