Thirty-five men and women in Banbury have together lost more than 19 stone, walked more than 3,000 miles and lost a combined total of 132 inches through a plan aimed at changing people’s mindset about food.

The Gym Dodgers members who signed up the High

Gym Dodgers was set up following the demise of the Rosemary Conley emporium. Owners Wendy and Jon Fell kept in touch with Caroline Whiting, the head of training at Rosemary Conley head office who has qualifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
