Hugo Boss fined £1.2m for not securing Bicester Village mirror which killed four-year-old boy
Austen was playing with the freestanding mirror while his dad was browsing for a new tie in Hugo Boss at Bicester Village two years ago.
But when Austen moved the wings, the 18-stone mirror toppled on top of him and he died from his head injuries.

Hide AdIn March, Oxford Coroner’s Court returned a narrative verdict as a jury concluded the mirror should have been fixed to the wall and the wall should have been reinforced.
Hugo Boss was sentenced today (Friday) and the firm has been fined £1.2 million for its health and safety breaches.
The accident on June 4, 2013, left Austen - from Crawley - with irreparable brain damage and his life support machine was turned off at the John Radcliffe Hospital four days later.
