Hospital radio thanks pub for its support

Banbury's hospital radio station has been presented with a cheque for £280 by The Easington, after the pub made Radio Horton its charity of the year for 2015. As well as having collection tins on the bar, the pub hosted a fundraising family fun weekend in its garden in July, called E-Fest, featuring live music and entertainment. Radio Horton made live broadcasts from the pub and interviewed pub landlady Christine St-Clair-Christopher and then town mayor, Sean Woodcock.
