Horton '˜Super' HOSC members are named

The councillors who will re-examine the evidence used to downgrade the Horton General Hospital's maternity department have been named.

They are members of Oxfordshire County Council (OCC), Cherwell District Council (CDC), South Northants Health and Social Care and Wellbeing Scrutiny Committee (SNHSC) and South Warwickshire.

The membership is Cllr Arash Fatemian, Cllr Alison Rooke, Cllr Neil Owenand Dr Keith Ruddle for OCC. There is one vacancy on the OCC team.

Scrutinising for CDC will be Cllr Sean Woodcock, Cllr Sean Gaul and Cllr Barry Richards.

Cllr Fiona Baker represents SNHSC and Chair of Warwickshire Adult Social Care and HOSC , Cllr Wallace Redford, will represent south Warwickshire.

The first meeting takes place at 2pm on Friday, September 28 at Banbury Town Hall. The agenda will be published a week in advance.
