Members of the Helicopter Club of Great Britain descended upon the Hook Norton Brewery yesterday (Thursday) to take a tour.
Mark Graham, marketing manager, said: “They called about a month ago and said they would like to take a tour but we don’t do minibuses, can we come by helicopter?”
Members of the group came and inspected one of two fields owned by the brewery and deemed it safe to land.
One of the pilots attending the tour was Pat Malone who said: “It’s our 50th anniversary year. We plan events in the summer and go to all sorts of places.
“Everybody loves a brewery and there is always enough space in a helicopter for a few samples.”
