Banbury businesses have joined forces with ITN News to back a golf tournament in aid of Breast Cancer Hope.

The Kirtlington Open Golf Championship tees off on Thursday, May 14, with Hamptons International, Swann Financial Consultancy and Michael Jones Jeweller lending their support.

An auction will be held after the event, with the main prize being a tour of the ITV newsroom and studios.

The competition is open to ladies and men based on teams of four.

Entry costs £160 per team; call Rodney Hayward on 07860 453259. Last year’s event raised £3,700.
