Christmas shoppers will be able to pick up their festive gifts in Banbury when a special market comes to town.
It will be in the Market Square on Saturday, December 19 from 9am-4pm, offering unique and speciality gifts that may not be available in the well known high street brands
Councillor George Reynolds, Cherwell District Council’s deputy leader said: “Christmas markets have become a popular tradition over the years, giving people the opportunity to browse a selection of unique gift ideas in the run up to the big day.
“We are delighted to be welcoming the Christmas market to Cherwell as not only will it offer shoppers a fun festive experience but it will drive footfall to the town centres and high streets to support the existing traders.”
There will also be a market in Bicester a week earlier on Saturday, December 12 from 9am-5pm in Sheep Street.
