Empty Bowls recognises potters' work at charity event
Empty Bowls saw people come through the doors at the pottery near Shipston-on-Stour and they were paired with a bowl designed by artists from as far as Scotland and London.
Pippa Brook was one of the organisers and said: “It went incredibly well and had 89 people come through our doors. I think people really enjoying seeing the work of the potters, some of whom came from around the area and other from further afield.

The event is estimated to have raised about £2,000 and some of the potters who created some work came along on the day, including Laura de Beneditti.
Mrs Brook added: “I think people have more of an understanding of what it takes to create the bowls. Laura enjoyed talking to everyone and said it was nice to be involved.”
