Emergency services have confirmed that a person has died on the rail line between Leamington and Banbury today (Thursday).
This incident is not being treated as suspicious.
The emergency incident had an affect on all rail services this morning but train operators said that normal service has now resumed.

A spokesperson for the British Transport Police said: "British Transport Police were called to the line near Leamington Spa at 7.51am this morning (February 4) following reports of a casualty on the tracks.
"Paramedics also attended, however sadly a person was pronounced dead at the scene.
"Officers are working to identify the deceased and inform their next of kin.
"This incident is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner."
