Eight more High Street retailers are set to open at the new Banbury Gateway Retail Park next week.

River Island, Mountain Warehouse, Poundland, McDonalds, Starbucks, EE, Carphone Warehouse and a 100,000 sq ft Marks & Spencer will open on Wednesday, October 28 and Thursday, October 29 and join Outfit who opened on October 15.

Clare Johnson, Outfit spokesperson, said: “It is excellent to open and we are delighted with the reception our new concept store on Banbury Gateway has received. Very many thanks to all the customers who queued from 8.30am to be the first to try out our stylish store and wide range of brands. We will be announcing further exciting events in Outfit as more fashion stores open at Banbury Gateway Shopping Park.”

Opening on October 28 are River Island, Carphone Warehouse, EE, Mountain Warehouse, Poundland, McDonald’s and Starbucks.

And on 29 October, Banbury Gateway will welcome M&S fashion, home and food store along with a café offering a hot and cold menu.

An 80,000sq ft Primark store, Fat Face and Ed’s Easy Diner will be opening in November and Next and New Look are set to be open by early spring.

For the first four weeks of opening bus operator Stagecoach will be offering a free bus service between the bus station in Bridge Street and Banbury Gateway Shopping Park, located on Acorn Way. They will be running up to every 30 minutes from 9am–2.30pm and then from 6pm-8pm Monday to Fridays.
