Broadcaster and author Simon Mayo visited Sibford School to talk about his book trilogy, Itch, Itch Rocks and Itchcraft.

Pupils from Sibford, Sibford Gower Endowed, Hook Norton, Brailes, Bishop Carpenter, Great Rollright, Shenington and Wroxton primary schools listened to him talk about his writing and his character Itchingham Lofte, a 14-year-old boy who collects elements. Librarian Frances King said: “His talk was entertaining and informative and it was great so many other schools were able to join us.”

Simon signed copies of his books and was interviewed by Sibford pupils Nat Williams and Fergus Bertie for a special report to be broadcast on March 19, BBC School Report Day.
