A Banbury dance teacher and fitness instructor smashed his £500 fundraising target when he embarked on a 24-hour marathon dance session in aid of Katharine House Hospice.

Jordan Conlan, 21, raised £1,100 when he busted his best moves for over 24 hours at his dance studio from 6pm on Friday. Accompanied by his girlfriend Jessica MacDonnell, Mr Conlan worked his way through his repertoire of 80s disco moves and Zumba. He said: “My girlfriend stayed with me the whole 24 hours. She got me through it. I feel amazing. I want to do this again next year and make it an annual event.” You can donate to Mr Conlan’sJustgiving page at: www.justgiving.com/Jordan-Conlan.
