Chris Symons, 43, of Warwick Road, Banbury, pleaded guilty to drug driving on June 22 in Banbury. He was fined £366, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £36, costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Andre Butler, 48, of the Mangolias, Banbury, was found guilty of failing to comply to the requirements of a community order issued by Oxford Magistrates Court on August 8. The original offence of assault was committed on June 16 in Banbury. He was committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months.

Jonathan James Margetts, 30, of Horse Fair, Banbury, pleaded guilty to harassment after messaging a person he was prohibited from contacting on July 1. He was ordered to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work, pay a victim surcharge of £90 and costs of £85. He also pleaded guilty to a second charge of harassment on July 28.

Mohammed Pandor, 41, of Samuelson Court, Banbury, was found guilty of non-payment of child support totalling £3,790.23. He was committed to prison for 21 days suspended. He was also found guilty of a second charge of non-payment totalling £6,797.31.

Nicusor Marian Serban, 22, of West Street, Banbury, pleaded guilty to theft from a shop in Banbury on October 18. He stole three perfume sets to a value of £211 from Debenhams in Castle Quay. He also pleaded guilty of failing to surrender to Oxford Magistrates Court after being released on police bail on November 1. He was ordered to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work, ordered not to enter Debenhams for 18 months, pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85.

Stephen Paul Smith, 38, of Chandos Close, Banbury was found guilty of speeding on the M40 motorway at junction 11 on September 15. Smith was recorded going 96mph in a 70mph zone. He was fined £440, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44, costs of £85 and had his licence endorsed with five penalty points.

John Hills, 51, of Stroud Close, Banbury, pleaded guilty to speeding in Bicester on March 10. He was recorded driving at 52mph in a 40mph zone. He was fined £70, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and had his licence endorsed with three points.

Christopher William Peter Waite, 36, of Middleton Road, Banbury, was found guilty of driving a car without third party insurance on Castle Street on May 6. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66, costs of £85 and disqualified from driving for six months.

Grant Mark Wallace Gulliver, 28, of Mill Lane, Shenington, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20, costs of £280 and was given a conditional discharge for 12 months.

Jeffery Richard Ball, 60, of Harlech Close, Banbury pleaded guilty to four counts of theft from a shop. On November 12 Ball stole ham and cheese to the value of £20 from Londis. On November 10 he stole meat products to the value of £7.16 from Londis. On November 8 he stole shampoo and meat to the value of £100 from the Food Warehouse and on November 12 he stole two gammon joints to the value of £11 from a Co-op store. In total Ball was ordered to pay £238.16 in fines and compensation.

Thomas Luke Dinwiddy, 33, of Courtington Lane, Bloxham, pleaded guilty to speeding on the M40 on March 20. He was recorded travelling at 91mph in a 70mph zone. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30, pay costs of £85 and had his licence endorsed with three points.

Leon Anthony Drummond, 47, of Marlborough Place, Banbury, pleaded guilty to possession of a class B drug, cannabis, on October 13 in Prospect Road. He was fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and costs of £85.
