Radoslaw Piotr Paszynski, 43, of Danesmoor, Banbury, pleaded guilty to drink driving on October 29 last year on Ruscote Avenue, Banbury.

He was found to have 235 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of urine. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32, costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

• Ashley Watts, 29, of North Street, Banbury pleaded guilty to breaching the terms of a community order.

He was fined £100 and must complete the original requirement of the community order.

•Lucas Myles Smith, 22, of Howard Road, Banbury, pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour likely to cause harassment in Banbury on January 10. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months.

He also pleaded guilty to possession of a class B drug, cannabis, on the same date and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £21. He also pleaded guilty to obstructing a police officer in the execution of their duty on the same date and was give a 12 month conditional discharge.

• Luke Clamp, 30, of Hilton Road, Banbury pleaded guilty to criminal damage of less than £5,000 at a property in Banbury on October 27 last year.

A restraining order was made forbidding him to contact the victim, he was also fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32, compensation of £200 and costs of £85.

He was also fined £80 for failing to surrender to Oxford Magistrates Court on October 28 last year.

• Henry Albert Peter Butler, 27, of Corner Meadow, Farnborough, was found guilty of theft from a dwelling in Banbury on January 7 last year. He stole items, including a bank card of an unknown value.

A restraining order was enforced forbidding contact with the victim, he was ordered to pay compensation of £100 and costs of £85.

He also pleaded guilty to two counts of committing fraud by using the stolen debit card in Banbury on the same date. He was ordered to pay total compensation of £48.41 and was committed to prison for 24 weeks suspended for two years.

• Harry Thompson, 22, of Marshall Road, Banbury, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Yarnton on August 11 last year. He was found to have 130 micrograms of Benzoylecgonine (cocaine) per litre of blood.

He was fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40, costs of £85 and disqualified from driving for 12 months.

• Kirsty Plumb, 39, of The Bourne, Hook Norton, was found guilty of failing to identify the driver of a vehicle alleged to have committed an offence in Banbury between July 15 and August 12 last year.

She was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66, costs of £85 and had she licence endorsed with six penalty points.
