Mark Leslie Usmar, 49, of Overthorpe Road, Overthorpe pleaded guilty to possession of crack cocaine in Banbury on February 5. He was fined £40, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £45. The drug was forfeited for destruction.

Connagh Alexander George Doig, 27, of Merton Street, Banbury was fined £120 for failing to comply with an order to complete unpaid work and failing to attend a meeting with his probation officer. James Curtis, 30, of Burford Road, Chipping Norton was fined £660 for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Nissan car who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence between September 20, 2019 and October 18, 2019. Curtis was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and £85 costs. His driving licence was endorsed with six points.

Isobel Sarah Frampton, 46, of Little Compton was fined £660 for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Subaru car between October 18, 2019 and November 15, 2019. Gary Hitchens, 59, of Kennels Lane, Chipping Norton was fined £70 for exceeding the 30mph speed limit on the A44, Worcester Road in a Nissan car on September 17, 2019. Kyle William Willoughby, 33, of c/o School View, Banbury was found guilty of entering a premises in Butchers Row, Banbury on September 10, 2019 in contravention of a closure order issued on June 27, 2019 under section 76 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
