Mark Leslie Usmar, 49, of Overthorpe Road, Overthorpe pleaded guilty to possession of crack cocaine in Banbury on February 5. He was fined £40, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £45. The drug was forfeited for destruction.

Connagh Alexander George Doig, 27, of Merton Street, Banbury was fined £120 for failing to comply with an order to complete unpaid work and failing to attend a meeting with his probation officer. Doig admitted the breach of the community order, made in October 2019. He was ordered to pay £50 in costs.

Kyle Francis, 26, of Merton Street, Banbury was fined £50 with £50 costs for failing to comply with an order made in May 2019 to complete unpaid work. Francis admitted the breach.

Honora Nchari, 43, of Cromwell Road, Banbury was fined £660 for using a motor vehicle without insurance.Nchari was ordered to pay a £66 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Warwick James Tompkins, 31, of Hill Close, Chipping Norton was fined £300 for using a motor vehicle in London Road, Chipping Norton without insurance. He was ordered to pay a £32 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. His driving licence was endorsed with six points. Tompkins pleaded guilty to the offence.

James Curtis, 30, of Burford Road, Chipping Norton was fined £660 for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Nissan car who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence between September 20, 2019 and October 18, 2019. Curtis was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and £85 costs. His driving licence was endorsed with six points.

Isobel Sarah Frampton, 46, of Little Compton was fined £660 for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Subaru car between October 18, 2019 and November 15, 2019. Frampton was ordered to pay a £66 victim surcharge and court costs of £85. Her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Anna Green, 25, of Batchelors Lane, Ratley was fined £660 for driving in Abingdon Road, Oxford without insurance on September 10, 2019. Green was ordered to pay a £66 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Anthony John Garland, 71, of Byfield Road, Chipping Warden was fined £660 for failing to give information to identify the driver of a Land Rover between September 13, 2019 and October 11, 2019. Garland was ordered to pay a £66 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Gary Hitchens, 59, of Kennels Lane, Chipping Norton was fined £70 for exceeding the 30mph speed limit on the A44, Worcester Road in a Nissan car on September 17, 2019. The speed was recorded as being 38mph. Hitchens was ordered to pay a £32 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Kyle William Willoughby, 33, of c/o School View, Banbury was found guilty of entering a premises in Butchers Row, Banbury on September 10, 2019 in contravention of a closure order issued on June 27, 2019 under section 76 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014. Willougby was fined £100, ordered to pay a £32 victim surcharge and court costs of £100. He pleaded guilty to not surrendering to custody at Oxford Magistrates Court on December 2, 2019. No separate penalty was imposed.
