A vehicle seized by police near Banbury became a drug matter yesterday (Tuesday).
The car was stopped by Thames Valley roads policing officers and seized for having no insurance since September.
Officers then also arrested the driver for drug driving, after providing a positive indication for cocaine on a roadside test.
