Third BMW stolen from Brackley within a week

South Northamptonshire Police are investigating the reported theft of a silver BMW this morning (Tuesday December 8) from Hazel Close, Brackley. The vehicle was stolen without keys between 3.28 and 3.40am.

The vehicle theft became the third BMW stolen within the last week from the South Northamptonshire area along with a fourth incident of an attempted theft.

Police are also investigating the theft of two BMWs without keys from Utah Lane, Brackley last week during the overnight hours between Thursday December 3 and Friday December 4.

South Northamptonshire Police posted the following message about the theft on Twitter: "If you have a key-less entry vehicle please consider obtaining a signal blocking pouch or place fob in a tin away from vehicle when not in use. 3 vehicles stolen & 1 attempt in last week in #SouthNorthants - this is organised crime so lets get ahead of the game!"
