Police seize motorcycle - passenger issued ticket - in Banbury

Thames Valley Police seized a motorcycle in Banbury after discovering its rider had no licence or insurance.

Officers with the TVP Roads Policing Unit seized a motorcycle after it was stopped in Bloxham Road, Banbury today (Tuesday April 27).

Police seized the motorcycle after learning the rider had no licence or insurance.

The pillion passenger (person travelling in place behind the rider) was also found not to be wearing a helmet. The pillion passenger was issued with a non endorsable fixed penalty ticket.
