Police make arrest in connection to supply of drugs from Banbury residence

Police arrested 19-year-old man in connection to the supply of drugs in Banbury.

Thames Valley Police officers assisted by members of the Cherwell District Council Community Safety Team made the arrest yesterday evening (Friday June 11).

The arrest was made after police served Misuse of Drugs Act warrant at an address in Easington Road, Banbury.

Police seized a large amount of class B drugs along with cash and other items linked to drug supply.

The warrant and arrest came following reports of anti social behaviour and suspected drug supply at the address.

Working in partnership with Cherwell District Council Community Safety Team there will be ongoing action taken in relation to the disarray of the property and the detrimental impact this is having upon neighbours.
