Police find around 350 cannabis plants in Banbury property after drug raid

The police have found around 350 cannabis plants in a Banbury property after conducting a Misuse of Drugs Act warrant today (August 1).

Officers from Thames Valley Police’s Tasking Team and Cherwell Priority Crime Team found the large-scale cannabis farm after conducting the search on a property on Broad Street.

People have been warned to expect increased police presence in the area, as officers will remain on the scene for at least the next 24 hours after around 350 plants were seized from the sophisticated grow.
