Thames Valley Police officers arrested the 18-year-old male on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs.
The arrest was made after police found a quantity of class A drugs, along with cash and cannabis inside of a property in Banbury.
The male remained custody as of late this afternoon, Tuesday February 2.
