Police appeal for help to find man last seen in Banbury

Thames Valley Police are looking for a 51-year-old man reported missing who was last seen in Banbury.

The man, James Rugg, was last seen in Oxford Road, Banbury at around 10am on Thursday May 7.

He is white, approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall, of slim build, with wavy brown hair and a moustache.

James was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, black jeans and a black fleece.

Investigating officer, Sergeant Simon Woodman, based at Bicester police station said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for James’ welfare and are appealing for the public’s help in locating him.

“I would urge anyone to get in touch if they believe they have seen James, or may know where he is.

"Please get in touch with police by calling 101, quoting reference URN 608 7/5.”
