Man exposes himself to woman in Chipping Norton

Witnesses are being sought by police after a man exposed himself to a woman as he ran past her in Chipping Norton on Friday morning (September 28).

The woman, who is in her 60s, was walking near the A3400 when she was approached by a man who ran past her while exposing himself at around 7.30am.

The offender is described as white, in his early 20s, approximately 5ft 7ins, of slim build, with dark curly hair showing below his woollen hat and dark eyebrows.

He was wearing a long-sleeved fitted mid grey t-shirt, dark loose cotton trousers, and a navy knitted woollen hat.

Investigating officer PC Harry Bryan, based at Banbury police station, said: “We are working to identify the offender and would like to speak to anyone who was driving down the A3400 between 7.15am and 7.45am who may have seen a man matching the description of the offender or witnessed the incident taking place.

“If you have an information, please come forward.”
