Man chased and spat at by three young men in Shipston High Street

The Shipston Policing Team have launched an appeal for witnesses after the incident which happened between 8.30am and 10am on Monday April 12.

Officers with the Shipston Safer Neighbourhood Team posted a message on its Facebook page about the incident, which said: "Shipston Policing Team are appealing for witnesses to incidents that have unfortunately taken place on two occasions in Shipston. A vulnerable male has been targeted whilst out in the town. The first incident took place early April with the latest incident on the 12th.

"This has caused considerable upset and is not in keeping with the sense of community that the town thrives on."
