Man charged with drugs offences after Banbury arrest on Thursday is named

Police have named a man arrested in Banbury on Saturday and charged with major drugs offences.

Lee Bromley, 44, of Samuelson Court, Banbury appeared before magistrates and pleaded guilty to drugs supply offences. He had been arrested in Banbury on Thursday afternoon and on Friday was charged with supply of heroin, possession of crack cocaine with intent to supply and possession of heroin with intent to supply.

Thames Valley Police said today (Monday) in a Tweet: "On Saturday, October 3, Lee Bromley (44 yrs) of Samuelson Court, Banbury pleaded guilty to three drug supply offences following an incident and his arrest on the 01/10 in the town.

"He will be appearing for sentence in the Crown Court on the October 27 and he was remanded in custody."

The man was arrested on Thursday afternoon. Eighty six wraps of Class A drugs were found on him. He was kept in custody overnight, was charged on Friday and appeared in court on Saturday morning.
