Man arrested on suspicion of drink driving after collision in Brackley

Police arrested a 40-year-old man on suspicion of drink driving after a two-vehicle collision in Brackley, yesterday, Sunday July 12.

Northamptonshire Police and firefighters with the Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service responded to a two-vehicle collision around 7.15pm in Halse Road, Brackley.

The incident involved a grey Peugeot 208 crashing into a parked car, Volkswagen Up!.

After the collision police arrested a 40-year-old man on suspicion of drink driving. He has since been released under investigation pending further enquiries.

There were no major injuries from the collision.
