Man arrested after three large knives found in Banbury vehicle stop

Three large knives are off the street after Thames Valley Police officers seized them during a vehicle in Banbury last night, Saturday July 18.

Officers with 'Team 2' of within the TVP Cherwell policing area made the knife seize after conducting a routine vehicle stop on Lambs Crescent, Banbury.

Police found and seized three large knives, including one with an 18 inch blade hidden with in the car.

As a result of the vehicle stop police arrested a 24 year old man for possession of an offensive weapon.
