Harry Dunn's mother has made a direct appeal for United States presidential candidate Joe Biden to bring justice for her son if he wins the election.
Charlotte Charles urged the Democrat to ensure Anne Sacoolas returns to the UK to face the British justice system should he beat Donald Trump next month.

"And when I say us, I don't just mean myself and the rest of the parents, I mean us as in the UK as well."
Harry, 19, died after a head-on crash between his motorcycle and Sacoolas' car, which was on the wrong side of the road, near Croughton in August last year.
The American woman claimed diplomatic immunity the next day using a loophole in the waiver agreement for US service personnel at RAF Croughton and left the UK for home a few weeks later.

Throughout, Harry's family have been campaigning for Sacoolas to come back for more than 12 months, meeting Mr Trump in the Oval Office roughly a year ago.
Holding back tears, Mrs Charles said in the video: "We never thought that the lady who's responsible for taking our son's life would've been allowed to fly home to the US and evade as best she could the UK justice system.
"It's tearing us apart as a family. We are not only trying to live without Harry every day and the pain now is far worst than it was this time last year because we are no longer numb - we're no longer in shock.

"All we have ever asked of the US and her, is to just allow her to face the UK justice system."
Mrs Charles said many British people are angry about US service personnel being able to work at bases in the UK countryside, such as RAF Croughton.
Although the loophole in the waiver, which did not explicitly include spouses, has been closed, residents are still furious that an American could allegedly kill a British citizen and get away with it, the mum added.

"Yet one of the US citizens has taken the life of my boy and has still not faced the justice system here in the UK for that. Please do your best to amend it."
