Thames Valley Police officers responded to reports of a burglary at a commercial property in Southam Road, Banbury on Monday March 1.

Four pick-up trucks were reported to have been stolen.

Two of the vehicles were later recovered in Northamptonshire where they had been abandoned after running out of fuel.

It is believed the vehicles were taken after entry was gained to the building’s main office and keys stolen at around 11pm on Sunday February 28.

An investigation is ongoing; enquiries continue.
