A fire at a derelict barn in Brackley is being treated by police as arson.

The emergency services said the small fire in Halse Road happened just before 7pm on August 26.

A spokesperson for the Northamptonshire Fire Service said: "It is believed a group of young people set fire to some coal in a derelict barn.

"Police are investigating the incident as arson."
