Sebastian Tobias Nicholas Brock, 33, of Ferriston, Banbury admitted breaching a court order imposed on March 1, 2022 by Oxford Magistrates Court by behaving badly at an office visit on March 17, 2022 and failing to attend a planned visit on March 31 without providing evidence of a reasonable excuse within the requisite time or at all.

Brock had two months added to a requirement to participate in an alcohol treatment programme with Turning Point, making the treatment an 11-month order. He was also ordered to pay £30 costs.

Alfie Hardwidge, 24, of Beceshore Close, Moreton in Marsh: Was fined £300 for breaking a 30mph speed limit on the A44 Worcester Road, Chipping Norton on October 29, 2021. His recorded speed was 41mph. Hardwidge was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 with £90 court costs. His licence was endorsed with four penalty points.

Samantha Jefferies, 35, of Springfield Avenue, Banbury: Was fined £279 for breaking the 50mph speed limit on the A41 at Bicester on October 27, 2021. Her recorded speed was 78mph. Jefferies was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and £90 court costs. Her licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Amanda Louise Meehan, 35, of Tudor Way, Brackley: Was fined £66 for breaking a 30mph speed limit on the London Road, Sunningdale, Berkshire. Meehan’s recorded speed was 37mph. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Rupert Rittson-Thomas, 59, of Manor Road, Sandford St Martin: Was fined £220 for breaking a 30mph speed limit on the A44 Oxford Road, Enstone. His recorded speed was 38mph. Rittson-Thomas was ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £90 court costs. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Edward Birney, 64, of Wellesley Close, Upper Heyford: Was fined £400 for driving in Oxford Road, Kirtlington on February 2, 2022 without insurance. Birney was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 with £90 court costs. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Dariusz Leszek Bozejewicz, 46, of Farnborough Road, Mollington: Was fined £220 for breaking the 30mph speed limit on the A44 Worcester Road, Chipping Norton on October 29, 2021. His recorded speed was 38mph. Bozejewicz was ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £90 court costs. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Marcos Clanes Fenoll, 49, of Hailey Road, Chipping Norton: Was fined £66 for breaking a 30mph speed limit on the A4022 at Hailey on October 29 2021. His recorded speed was 39mph. Fenoll was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Amanda Susan Savage, 42, of Main Street, Dun’s Tew: Was fined £66 for breaking the 30mph speed limit on the A44 Worcester Road, Chipping Norton on October 29, 2011. Her recorded speed was 36mph. Savage was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Constantin Marian Haralambie, 30, of West Street, Banbury: Was disqualified from driving for six months and fined £660 for driving in Bridge Street, Banbury on November 2, 2021 without insurance. Haralambie was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90.

Hasan Zubair, aka Biggy, 21, of Alma Road, Banbury: Was given an extra ten hours of unpaid work to be added to 120 hours imposed by Oxford magistrates as part of a community rehabilitation order on February 28 for breaching the terms of the order. Zubair admitted breaching the order by failing to attend a planned office visit on April 27 and unpaid work on April 28.

Katrina Jane Baldry, 32, of Bull Baulk, Middleton Cheney: Was fined £666 for breaking the 40mph speed limit on the A41 at Bicester on November 4, 2021. Her recorded speed was 67mph. Baldry was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and £90 court costs. Her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

William John Cooper, 41, of Roper Road, Upper Heyford: Was fined £292 for breaking a 30mph speed limit on the B4011 at Oakley, Bucks on November 4, 2021. His recorded speed was 46mph. Cooper was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and £90 court costs. His driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

Christopher Wood, 47, of Chaundy Road, Tackley: Was fined £666 for breaking the 40mph speed limit on the A41 at Bicester on October 30, 2021. His recorded speed was 70mph. Wood was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and £90 court costs. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
