Banbury man charged with drink driving after collision

Police have charged a Banbury man in connection to a collision in a Banbury car park last weekend.

The incident happened after a silver Citroen C4 exited the car park on Bolton Road, and collided with a building and three parked vehicles.

The collision occurred around 2pm on Sunday April 25.

No-one was injured during this incident.

Police have charged Seth Okoe, aged 56, of Chatsworth Drive, Banbury with one count of driving while alcohol level above the limit. He has been bailed to appear at court on May 26.

Investigating officer, PC Dean O’Dell, of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit, said: “I am appealing for any witnesses to this incident to please come forward.

“This happened in the middle of the afternoon on Sunday when there is a good chance that someone will have seen what happened.
