Arrests made after two police officers assaulted in Banbury
Police have made arrests in connection to the assault on police officers in two separate Banbury incidents last night, Saturday July 18.

Two officers from 'Team 2' of the Cherwell policing area were assaulted in the incidents in town last night. It's unclear where the incident occurred in town.
A 22 year old man and a 22 year old woman have been arrested for assault on emergency workers and are currently in custody.
Officers from 'Team 2' posted the following message on social media: "Assault on emergency workers will never be tolerated."
