Crash victim identified

The victim has been named as Edward Martin.

Mr Martin is believed to have lived on the border of Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire close to Banbury, but officers are yet to identify his address.

The accident happened at 7.45pm when two vehicles collided.

Officers from the Collision Investigation Team are working to establish the cause of the crash, and would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who was travelling along Banbury Lane between Thorpe Mandeville and the B4525, earlier in the evening.
