Cornbury announce local resident as Saturday headliner
A singer songwriter who was discovered at the Great Tew festival will now headline the stage at this years music festival, organisers have announced.

Jack Savoretti, a festival favourite discovered at Cornbury in his early days and now a home owner in Great Tew, bags the Saturday July 11 headline slot.
Another Cornbury regular, Mike Scott with The Waterboys, will be gracing Saturday's main stage having recently enjoyed a resurgence in popularity following the final series, final episode sound bed of their classic ‘The Whole Of The Moon’ for the HBO smash ‘The Affair’.
The Saturday line-up will also welcome Kid Creole and the Coconuts playing their UK festival exclusive.

Hugh Phillimore, founder and promoter of the three day festival, said: "We've always worked with the best songwriters and performers at Cornbury and we've certainly landed them this year.
He added: "Along with Van Morrison and Dido, this year's Cornbury is shaping up to be one of our very best."
Friday headliners Van Morrison and Dido were announced last month, with the Sunday acts still to be announced.
The festival takes place on July 10, 11 and 12 at Great Tew Park.
Day tickets for Saturday,July 11 went on sale today, Wednesday, February 12. Day tickets for Friday, July 10 and weekend tickets for Friday 10 to Sunday, July 12 are on sale now.
