Brackley will be full to the brim of entertainment tomorrow (Saturday) as this year’s community carnival rolls into town.

The theme for the event is the countryside and a procession made up of businesses, community groups and organisations sets off from the leisure centre at 11am.

They will then come onto Magdalen College School field at noon, where there will be activities and shows on display including a funfair, zorb balls, quad bikes and the town’s Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 team.

There will also be a Brackley Bake Off and craft marquee, and the Brackley and District Band will perform on the main stage arena first from 12.15pm.

Other shows on the main stage will perform until 4.15pm, including Ridgeside Falconry Display, Dressage display and Starlight Dance Academy.

In the middle field will be Circus Whiz and a skate park, with laser clay shooting, quad bikes and a dog show on the top field.

Entry is £5 with under 16`s free. Wristbands are available to purchase from local schools, businesses or on the gate.
