Kate Humphries, finance manager, said: “So far in total we have raised approximately £18,000, with support from head office, by holding local fund raising events, bike rides, fun days, cake sales, parachute jumps to name just a few.

“We are very proud of what we have raised so far but don’t want to stop there.”

Joanne Eagle, credit controller, added: “These are all subjects very close to our employees hearts and it is a real honour to be able to give something back.”

Tickets to the fun day are £5 for adults, £3 for children or £15 for a family (2 adults and 3 children) which include a buffet lunch.
