Residents in Banbury can have their say on service change proposals by Oxfordshire County Council for subsidised bus services and Dial-a-Ride.
The council needs to save more than £6 million on supported transport services, with savings needing to come from reducing the current £4 million they pay in bus subsidies and to run the Dial-a-Ride service.
Public meetings are being held across the county with the first one being held at Banbury Town Hall on Monday from 10.30am-noon.
More than 100 bus services in Oxfordshire are currently subsidised by the council, which makes up about nine per cent of the bus network.
The proposals in this consultation will affect some bus users and all Dial-a-Ride users. For more information email email@example.com or call 01865 883488.
