Banbury MP strengthening community bonds
Banbury MP Victoria Prentis visited Merton Street Mosque last week to discuss issues and engage with members of Banbury's Muslim community.
Mrs Prentis said: “It was really important to me to visit the Mosque to hear from local members about issues affecting them.
“The visit provided an opportunity to catch up on issues including the growing need for additional burial ground and provision of spaces for holding community groups and classes.
She added: “I took away a number of action points which I will set in motion. I look forward to future meetings.”
