Banbury man arrested on suspicion of outraging public decency

Police have arrested a man on suspicion of outraging public decency over an event that took place last month.

The 61-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday, November 2.

The incident happened on Tuesday, October 18, on Fiennes Road in Banbury where a man was reportedly touching himself in an inappropriate manner.

The man has been released on police bail.
