Staff and volunteers at Home-Start Banbury & Chipping Norton are celebrating after receiving top marks in a rigorous Quality Assurance review.

The family support charity based in Britannia Road achieved 100 per cent across eight standards that ensure no matter where a family lives they will get the same high quality of care.

Jane Skelton, senior organiser, said: “Our staff and volunteers work tremendously hard to support families with young children. We are thrilled that their efforts have been recognised by this award.

“It’s a great way of demonstrating to our funders, families, and supporters our dedication and commitment to ensuring every child has the best possible start in life.”

Home-Start Banbury & Chipping Norton is a voluntary home-visiting scheme in which volunteers offer support, friendship and practical help to young families where there are difficulties or stress.
