Banbury Chamber go to Parliament
MP Victoria Prentis welcomed 15 members of the Banbury Chamber of Commerce to the Houses of Parliament to see the process of democracy being exercised first hand.
Chamber members received a tour of the Palace of Westminster, a lesson in its history and an explanation of some of the processes and conventions still used.
They also witnessed the Speaker in procession and the Lords posing questions to the government.

Hide AdChamber members’ attendance fee will be donated to The Royal Voluntary Service.
The Chamber has further tours and trips including a visit to Hook Norton Brewery, Aston Martin and Westmoreland.
