Banbury area children's charity becomes latest organisation to temporarily close due to Covid-19

The Let's Play Project charity posted notice of its temporary closure on its website, and social media outlets late today, Monday October 19.
The charity, which is based in Twyford, posted a letter about the closure to all parents on its website.

Hide AdThe letter, sent by Activities Manager Sammy Bates, said: "We have been made aware of a playworker who has tested positive for Covid-19.
"We know that you may find this concerning, but we are continuing to monitor the situation and are working closely with Public Health England.
"The small number of children who have been in close contact with the individual who has tested positive for coronavirus (Covid-19) have received a letter informing them that their child must stay at home for 14 days.
"The Let's Play Project will now remain closed until Monday 2nd November due to the number of staff now self-isolating."
