Appeal for help after serious sexual assault in Deddington

Officers were called at 12.20am yesterday morning (Sunday) where the woman was found in the churchyard in Church Street.

Det Sgt Mike West of Force CID based at Banbury, said: “I would appeal to anyone who has any information about this incident to contact police immediately via 101.

“I would like to reassure the community that police are investigating this incident urgently and if anyone has any concerns they should contact their local neighbourbood police team.”
