Musical drama comes to Chipping Norton Theatre
The story tells of a painfully shy northern lass who escapes her mundane life by hiding herself away obsessively listening to her late father’s record collection, secretly perfecting her astonishing talent of impersonating iconic vocal legends of the past.
She faultlessly learns to mimic some of the greatest female divas of all time.

The show, which will tranfer to the Greenwich Theatre in London after its run in Chipping Norton, is directed by Irish director Bronagh Lagan and features a central performance from Sarah Moss, previously seen in Noises Off at The Old Vic, in the West End in The Lion in Winter for Trevor Nunn and in Aladdin at the Liverpool Everyman.
The Rise and Fall of Little Voice, which is co-produced by The Theatre, Chipping Norton, runs from Wednesday, September 14, to Saturday, September 24.
