These are 10 of the most expensive houses sold in and around Banbury in 2020

Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, some significant sums of money changed hands on some impressive properties in and around Banbury in 2020.

Using data from Rightmove and the Land Registry, we take a look at 10 of the most expensive house sales in the area over the last 12 months.

Other expensive properties included Wroxton Chapel House, Main Street, Wroxton, which sold for £775,000 in March 2020; 1 Robinswood, Broughton Road, Banbury, which sold for £675,000 in August 2020, and 5 Vera Wood Close, Adderbury, which sold for £590,000 in January 2020.
