Escapade Silverstone includes 60 houses all with underfloor heating, comfort cooling and ensuite bathrooms - with the trackside properties just 12 meters from the edge of the circuit.
A private clubhouse has state-of-the-art simulator rooms, briefing rooms, a driver-focussed gym, oxygen swimming pool and sauna, restaurant, bar and dining room.
While this year's Grands Prix will be behind-closed-doors, Escapade Living chief executive Will Tindall hopes the accommodation will be 'the ultimate place to stay' with sales beginning in August.
